Approvals and Permits: The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals and permits for the project. Information and Decisions: The client must provide timely information and make decisions as required to facilitate the progress of the project.
WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
LL Projects warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We guarantee that materials and workmanship will be free from defects for a specified period as outlined in the contract.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LL Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
