We coordinate the construction and full fit-out against the agreed scope, including the sequencing of trades and decisions needed to complete guest and shared spaces.
At The Cole, this meant managing structural roof build-up decisions, fire-compliance changes, and complex plumbing and electrical distribution alongside the hotel interiors.
