How information is handled when you contact LL Projects.

LL Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as LL Projects, is the responsible party for personal information covered by this notice. This notice explains how LL Projects handles information connected with this website and project enquiries. For privacy questions, email info@LLPro.co.za or call 083 588 8157.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address or phone number, project area and a short description. Project type, stage, timing and budget are optional. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Providing this information is voluntary. Without contact details and a brief description, we may be unable to respond meaningfully. You can also contact us directly.
The website prepares an email draft on your device. It does not send the form contents to LL Projects automatically. If you open the draft, your email application receives the details; LL Projects receives them when you send the email. Our business email uses Microsoft 365.
Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss the work, assess requirements and prepare a proposal. If a project proceeds, further information may be needed to manage the agreed work and associated records. Depending on the circumstances, processing must have a lawful basis under POPIA, such as steps towards a contract, a legitimate interest or a legal obligation. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it. An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing.
Email and any subsequent project administration can involve service providers. Information should be limited to what is needed for the relevant service. LL Projects uses siteMargin for project administration; the website does not automatically send enquiry drafts to siteMargin. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy notices.
Service providers may process information outside South Africa. Any transfer must meet POPIA's requirements for cross-border protection. Contact us if you would like information about the providers involved in your enquiry.
Personal information must be protected against unauthorised access, loss and misuse, and kept only for as long as its purpose or an applicable legal requirement justifies. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a project and whether records are needed for contractual, accounting or legal matters. This website has no advertising trackers or analytics scripts and does not set cookies or store form entries in browser storage. Images and fonts are served with the website. Opening an external link takes you to another provider. The website host may keep technical access logs. Any future analytics or spam-prevention service will be assessed and this notice updated before activation.
Subject to POPIA, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, request deletion where applicable, object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send your request to the privacy email above. We may need proportionate proof of identity before releasing records.
